Iditarod musher Karen Ramstead visited us Sept. 28th-Oct 2nd. She did school presentations where I teach and was a presenter at the Sled dog trade show at the Hopkinton fairgrounds. She was really busy with the school presentations, a supporter get together at our house, meeting fans and dogs at the trade show, 2 days of presentations, another pot luck dinner Sat. night, playing with puppies on Monday and meeting with friends. We enjoyed her visit and hope she can come back another time.
